Best way to block FQDN with random ip?

I need to block a FQDN that has load balancing or some other thing that returns random IP addresses.

What's the best way to block it? I cannot collect all the IP it returns.

@logboss Add a host override to DNS so that the fqdn resolves to 127.0.0.1 or something.
