How switch promiscuous mode ON

Hello,
I need to enable permanently the promiscuous mode on the network card. Can you guide me, how to do so, please? I found a possibility to switch it on using "Packet capture" in diagnostics, anyway it is only for limited time period during packet capture sniffing. Thanks for any answer/help.
