RRD Graphs on Embedded - CF Issue?

I've just installed RC2 on a Soekris net4801. Previously, I used this for a Monowall box. I expected the RRD graphs to only show up since the last boot, but after a reboot I'm seeing graphs from prior to the reboot. (At least, I'm pretty sure that's the case)

Is pfSense continuously writing to my CF Drive? Or is this a case of where pfSense is smart enough to copy the RRD files over to the CF card when it gets to be time to reboot?

It is smart enough to backup files upon reboot.

CF is read only otherwise.

pfSense has come a long way since I first checked it out about a year ago...
