Running pfsense+ version 22.5, latest stable release on a 1537 appliance.
Right now I have a switch running ospf and ospfv3 connected to my pfsense appliance. Whenever I touch the LAN (opt1) interface on the pfsense box by making any changes to that interface OSPFv2 will mysteriously stop working/passing traffic and on the peer switch I have to restart the OSPF process to force a refresh to get things working again and traffic flowing. Even if I'm not touching anything IPv4 related on the LAN interface if I save and apply changes IPv4 routing between my switch and pfsense stops until I clear the process but mysteriously the route exchange from pfsense at least doesn't stop since I still see the default route on the switch even after a couple minutes. I still need to check on the pfsense side if routes from the switch are received during this time or not but it works without issue to a non-pfsense box so I'm confident it's not a switch issue since nothing is being touched there either. OSPFv3 doesn't seem to have any issues at the same time either but I'm going to triple confirm that later today just in case.
I checked the logs on the GUI and didn't see anything about FRR or ospfd having issues either so I'm a bit confused as to what the issue might be and why it's always whenever I touch that specific interface things go haywire. If there is a better spot to grab logs on the GUI or CLI let me know and I'll definitely poke around some more in the mean time.
