How to report data consumption for specific time frame

Disclaimer: I am a n00b to ntopng, literally just got it running yesterday so please forgive me if I'm asking something that is obvious to more advanced/seasoned users.
I've got a number of heavy data consumers in my house and a limited amount of data allotted to my internet account before I am charged for data overages. I want to be able to report on total data consumption per user for a specified time frame and am having difficulty figuring out how to do that.
I've already created static IP addresses for each device each user owns and then created Pools that group those devices together by user. I've also set the data retention to 90 days.
However, I haven't figured out how to get the total amount of data consumed by each pool for a specific time frame. My monthly billing cycle for my internet service ends on the 12th of each month so I will eventually want to be able to see how much each defined Pool has consumed from 00:00:00 on the 13th of the previous month through 23:59:59 on the 12th of the current month.
Is there a way to do this and if so, how?
