Viscosity setup help

I have OpenVPN working correctly for remote Windows VPN connections. I am trying to add a Macbook Pro to the mix and I'm having no luck connecting. I have tried the inline config and the Viscosity bundle export from pfSense and no luck with either. Does anyone have any words of wisdom? I see other users have not had any issues. When I use the client export package for Windows, it prompts me for a certificate password after installing the client. I do not get a prompt on the MAC. I have never worked on a MAC before, so this is all new to me. The OpenVPN log shows :openvpn 50054 user 'bob.jones' could not authenticate. I am certain the password for Bob is correct. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
