Yes, but that may be completely inaccurate, especially with bad batteries. That's why you run a calibration test.
-
@dennypage I can't run the test. But there's an automated system that does it every week. I tested it without override.ups.delay.shutdown. My UPS shuts down after 30 seconds, compared to 1 minute with the override.ups.delay.shutdown.
I don't understand anything :-((

I didn't say you should remove the
override.ups.delay.shutdowndirective, I said you should remove theignorelbdirective. Also, you do not have anything in the Advanced settings section, correct?
As to running a calibration test, consult your UPS manual or support from the manufacturer of your UPS.

Ok, I will test without ignorelb directive.

Yes

I find anything I will search tomorow

If I remove ignorelb directive, my UPS shuts down after 16 seconds

My UPD do an automatic battery test regularly to warn when a replacement of the current battery needs to be carried out.

This means your UPS is signaling a low battery. Either your battery is bad, or your UPS is bad. Most likely battery, but you never know. I suggest reaching out to Eaton support.

@dennypage I tested it with a new UPS and I no longer have the problem. It was the UPS that wasn't working properly.
Thanks for your help.
