Hmmmm. So, you are not using the transparent proxy mode on squid but your black lists and target categories will not work? To me it sounds like none of your clients are being proxied at all.
If you are not using transparent mode then how are you getting the clients in the proxy?
Maybe someone who knows better will answer. I don't mind translating.

没有使用squid的时候，流量是LAN subnet>>>>>>WAN gateway(使用NAT)
使用squid后流量变成LAN subnet>>>>>pfsense squid(pfsense box中127.0.0.1)>>>>>>>WAN gateway
原来对80端口的限制是作用在“原地址LAN subnet>>>>>目的地址WAN gateway”的，在使用squid后，是不是应该吧对80端口的限制作用在
原地址LAN subnet>>>>>目的地址pfsense squid(pfsense box中127.0.0.1)上才会有效？
