I have to agree with the OP on this one. It did not mention that it was limited to the first XXX of respondents. I'd be upset too if I spent 10 minutes of my time followed by that response - especially after the half-day outage they had yesterday.

First review I did had some negative points and review got refused, toned down the negative and magically the review got published. Who do we trust in this world . I'm sure Netgate marketing will pop into this thread with an explanation so no need to contact them directly.

So they're only accepting favorable reviews? Wow, that says a lot right there. So much for transparency.

We're very sorry for the delay! You will be getting your gift card. We had an unexpected positive response to this offer, so the pre-provisioned funds in the system ran out. We added funds this morning. As soon as that goes through (similar to adding funds to a bank), your gift card will be on its way to you. At least they're fixing it, but it still does not explain only initially granting them to favorable reviews. Especially after @matlear resubmitted his after being denied the first time.
