I downloaded manpages, but where is the man itself ?

Just downloaded manpages from ftp.freebsd.org and installed them.

No my question is where is the man command itself, I can not find it anywhere inside my router.

Man pages are not included.  If you wish to have this you need to install and use the developer edition.
