Failover 3+ WANs, how does your pool look like?

I need to Load balance with failover 3 WANs. The load balance part seems straight forward when referencing the 1.2 guide, but I cant seem to grasp the idea of the pools that need to be added if you have 3 or more WANs.

Can you guys show me what your pools looks like for 3 or more WANs for Failover?
