SMART Disabled. Use option -s with argument 'on' to enable it.

Where can I enable SMART?
-
That would probably be:
smartctl -s on
Where <dev>is something like /dev/ad0 (whatever your hdd is)</dev>

yes but where, cant activate it over the gui?
-
No, there is no GUI option to activate SMART on your hard drive.
You might also need to check your BIOS to make sure SMART is enabled there.

I use a 3ware raid controller, check smart status over shell works fine http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,38843.0.html
But is there a way to check it over the pfsense GUI? -

@ johnnybe,
I know that, but I do not see a device, problem is the 3ware controller.
Is there a way to see the SMART status through the 3ware controller in the GUI?
