Every now and then, my pfSense box will halt during reboot, before it is finished booting. An on-site power cycle/hard reset usally clears this up in one step, but because I am not on-site, it raises some concerns. A few questions:

1.) Is there anywhere I can look to see why exactly it stalled after it has booted up correctly so that I can try to fix the problem?

2.) Is there a way to force an automatic reboot if there is a fatal error or a prompt that requires user interaction before system boot?

I'm trying to figure out a way to make it automatically come back up so that their downtime is minimized.

    Thanks.
