What hardware are you running pfSense on? Or did I miss that somewhere?

For what kind of connection? You would really need to use something that is ok'd by your ISP to be honest.
I have my own cable modem - but it is listed on their compatibility list, while something for sure could work that supports the technology your ISP is using.. If not on their approved list, and something isn't working they will just say its the modem..

You are on ADSL I assume with those speeds? Rather than VDSL(FTTC).
I used a Draytek V120 with Plusnet on ADSL very successfully for years. The V130 can also do VDSL if you ever upgrade to "fibre". I think I still have it here somewhere...
Otherwise the standard Openreach modems are great for VDSL and I believe they can also do ADSL though I've never tried that.

I removed the posts with all the dump info in them - impossible to get any useful info off of those... The actual pcap file is what is needed which you linked too.
From a quick look.. why does .251 send so many RST.. Seems like a really shitty way to close off a conversation.. They seem to be after fin as well.. And then it has more conversations from the same source port?
Going to take a bit to try and go through this sniff... But its not really complete.. You really should have a sniff of when the ps4 turns on.. There are conversations that start was missed..

Ok this is odd... So here is the ps4 talking to UPnP and getting your public IP... That gets answered..
But what is odd is why the retrans and dupack and out of order stuff.. This ps4 is wireless? Can you wire it?
There is a shit ton of RST from the ps4?? Seems ODD..

When you say this works on your old router - your connecting to your old routers wifi?

2 system-advanced-networking- leave it checked "disable hardware offload checksum"
3 setup MTU to 1400 on PS
or you can MTU check here

Then just grab an Openreach modem off ebay. The later ECI type seems more reliable especially if it gets hot. That is what I'm using with Plusnet right now.
