site-to-site VPN with WAN failover

    To preface this, I'm completely new to pfsense. I know that it can do site-to-site VPN's and that it can do WAN failovers, but is able to keep up a site-to-site tunnel after it fails over? Like if my primary circuit goes down and I have to fail to my backup, will the router be able to keep up that site-to-site tunnel the whole time?
