Android, Exchange, Activesync

Local network has PfSense configured as the router.  Access Point is configured as a LAN Device running just as a connected device.  My phone is connected and has internet access, it will not connect to my local Exchange server to get email while on the wifi.  If disconnect and use the connection from the cell provider it connects and downloads mail fine.

Any ideas?

I am getting errors in the activity log, i have attached a screen shot.
