Firewall Rules not Working when Squid Transparent enabled

Hi,

I am new here. I have checked the forum and found no direct solution when having firewalls when squid is enabled. My speed limiters on the LAN interface are not being used(already know that when there sa Squid in transparent mode squid will override the client ip).

Hope someone can help that even squid transparent is enabled I can still limit the speed per client IP.
