There were error(s) loading the rules

its a newly installed pfsense ver 2.4.2 that i upgraded to 2.4.2-RELEASE-p1
i am not sure if the error was there before upgrade.the only rules on wan interface is Block private networks and Block bogon networks
i have darkstats and Suricata installed and it seams that i can trigger the error by reloading Suricatai have another pfsense ver 2.4.2 (not upgraded) with Suricata running and here i dont get that error
