DNS working but Error Timeout

Hi,
I've got a double nat config (can't put ISP in bridge mode)
I've successfully installed pfsense on proxmox but I've got a problem with internet access:
On my laptop (windows 10, all network settings on Auto/DHCP), I have internet access without problems during hours and sometimes when it fails, I disconnect and reconnect to the wifi and it works again.
But on devices such as apple Ipad and IPhones, I have internet access just after the connection and when I close and reopen apps after few minutes, I've got no internet : Error TimeOut.
I must manually renew the dhcp lease and then it works again for few minutes.
With my laptop (that has internet i've got these results with dns namebench)
