I keep getting this on the dashboard.
"pfSense has detected a crash report or programming bug. Click here for more information."
I can't make heads or tails of what the error or bug is from the dump. If I upload the info and textdump can someone help?

Save the files and upload them, and someone can look them over here.

It's a filesystem crash. Reboot it to single user mode and run fsck a few times (until it doesn't find or fix any errors).

Google around if you need more info.

            If that doesn't help, reinstall.

@jimp Thanks, Strange it's a fresh install as of yesterday. It locked up when I added a VLAN so I reinstalled from the factory USB. It's on a Netgate MBT-2220 and for some reason they decided not to include and easily accessible console port. Instead you have to take the thing apart and plug into 6-pin GPIO header. Who has one of those cables? Can I reboot the system in single user mode from the shell? Otherwise I have to come up with an HDMI monitor and keyboard.

Well it's still getting the same error message. Has to be something with the 2.4.4-RELEASE-p2 upgrade it seems to be fine on earlier versions.

No. That crash is a filesystem problem, nothing to do with the update other than the update wrote files to the disk, so maybe it's hitting different spots on the disk.

If you still get errors, either you didn't run fsck enough times, or the filesystem is too corrupt and you need to reinstall.

Also possible, though less likely, is that there is a hardware problem with the disk or controller.
