    PIMD start even if PIMD is not enable

      notice now on 2.4.5-rc but probably even before that pimd start at boot even if it's not enabled and nothing is configured on the gui

      this can be trouble if the system crash like on my ix driver ppl are not able to disable it and recover at boot, on my system i had to be fast on typing pkg uninstall before the crash to get rid of that
