pf 2.4.5 need add ecdsa Certificates support

pf2.4.5 ecdsa Certificates has password, it is can't import. and pf can't creat new ecdsa Certificate.

No. It's in 2.5.0, but won't be copied back to 2.4.5. It's too late and the changes required for that are too large. (And IIRC it may also require PHP 7.3 and OpenSSL 1.1.1 for some parts, but I might be misremembering that).
