Captive Portal on Static Route

Hello,

I would like to implement a captive portal on a subnet on my LAN. The subnet is behind another router in my LAN, which is a static route in my PFSENSE. Here is my network diagram:

I would like to make the captive portal work only on the 10.151.62.0/18 network. When I configure the captive portal, the Captive Portal does not pop up in my 10.151.62.0/18 network.

Please help! Let me know if its possible

pfSense should host the captive portal.
Routers on that network will break things.
