    Hi everyone,
    I have a dynamic DNS with OVH and a PFsense firewall with MultiWAN.

    It works correctly and updates me the IP of the gateway that is active at that moment.

    However, I have a request:
    The primary WAN is a /28 class.

    The first useful IP is configured directly on the physical interface, while the other usable IPs are defined in the Virtual IPs tab.

    All virtual IPs work correctly with NAT and OUTBOUND rules.

    However, I would like the Dynamic DNS service to take into consideration one of the Virtual IPs as registration and not always the physical IP assigned to the interface.

    How can I do ? I tried several outbound rules, based on the checkip.dyndns.org destination, but it doesn't work.

    Can you help me ?
    Thank you

      What's the benefit of this, if both are assigned to the same interface?

        As I wrote in the post, I have a multiwan system in fault tolerance and I need to protect a specific service associated not with the main IP but with a secondary one...

        Of course I could move the service under the main IP but this would create a series of very long reconfigurations...

          @nuovapentecoste
          So you want to have one IP out of the /28 on the other WAN interface?

            No. I would like the dynamic DNS service to present itself with a secondary IP of the same /28 and not with the main one.

              Jan 17 18:57:22	php-fpm	397	/services_dyndns_edit.php: Dynamic DNS ovh-dynhost (my host name): my_main_ip extracted from local system.

              "extracted from local system" what does it mean ? where does he get it from?

                @nuovapentecoste I think I solved it....

                In the Gateway Group, I modified the "interface Address" entry of the tier in question with the IP that interests me.
