Problems with " Execution of Command"

Anyone else getting this error during installation, specifically when trying to format the drive?
Anyone know how to fix it?
pfSense has this issue for me in RC1, 2 & 3. Went back through my copies and tested them all.

Execution of Command
/sbin/bsdlabel -B -r -w ad4s1 auto
FAILED with a return code of 1

Install
pfSense-2.0-RC3-amd64

Hardware:
AMD X4 965 3.4G AM3
ASUS M4A88T-M AM
Kingston 8GB RAM
Seagate SATA 250GB

That can sometimes be an issue in the BIOS making accessing the drive a bit odd. You could try doing a custom install, make a smaller / (say 7GB or so) and then use the rest for /usr/ and see if that works.
