Multiple public IPs

I need to setup pfS to support a small range of public IPs on the WAN interface that are not NAT 1:1.  I was hoping from within firewall rules I would be able to route IP & port to whatever server I wished.  Is this possible and how would I do it?

Add them via Firewall, Virtual IPs, go to Firewall, NAT, create a port-forward, pull the proper IP from 'External Address'. Leave the box checked to auto-create the firewall rule.
