Limiters not working correct on Multi WAN

    As described here, the limiters do not work correctly in this scenario, multiple WAN routing public IP blocks to the LAN and WAN using limiters.

      If i disable this:

      Disable reply-to on WAN rules

      With Multi-WAN you generally want to ensure traffic leaves the same interface it arrives on, hence reply-to is added automatically by default. When using bridging, you must disable this behavior if the WAN gateway IP is different from the gateway IP of the hosts behind the bridged interface.

      The limiter works on the WAN (HONDUTEL) but outgoing traffic goes across (default gateway)

          What is described here is a known bug in pfsense, provide more detail here: https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/3096
