/etc/dhcpdv6.conf doesn't include V6 addr of DNS server for WAN tracking LAN ifs

For WAN tracking IPV6 LAN interfaces the IPV6 address of the local DNS server (unbound or bind), or the DNS forwarder (dnsmask) is not provided to the client, resulting in all DNS queries using IPV4.
