Install over FreeBSD ?

Hi all,

Is there a way to install pfsense interface over an existing freebsd 10 or 11 ?

Sure, if by "install over" you mean "reformat your disk".

pfSense 2.1.x runs on FreeBSD 8.3. The 2.2 Alpha runs on FreeBSD 10. If you have hardware which isn't supported under 8.3 (FYI, some drivers have been backported from 10) then you should give the 2.2 Alpha a try.
