Tried an upgrade on new box, 2.2 won't accept my config I just downloaded from active 2.1.5. No RRD inside. Got an error

Warning: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array in /etc/inc/upgrade_config.inc on line 3407 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /etc/inc/upgrade_config.inc:3407) in /usr/local/www/diag_backup.php on line 545

Will provide a config in PM if needed

        Never mind,

config is modified by fellow colleague.

Did area-by-area myself. Pinpoint issue, where he modified interfaces part.

Transferred to different box and than upgraded the config to 2.2, went well. Sorry for a confusion

Yeah having a broken manually-edited config will do that. :) Glad you found the issue, thanks for the follow up.
