Premade/turn key pfsense 2.2 image with working squid, antivirus,etc - exists?

does there happen to be a pre-made pfsense 2.2 vm image for say esxi 5.5 that has squid 3 working as a transparent proxy, pfblockerng, antivirus working, etc?

would make deployment much easier. i have noticed that turnkey/pre-made setups exist for other software packages such as unraid.

if someone got the packages to work,etc and its in a vm - could you post same? perhaps just set the passwords for the system, packages,etc to "pfsense"
