Primero gracias por responder.
Para responderte la wan esta en dhcp. La solucion fue poner los dns de google en configuraciones generales. luego ir a servicios / resolvedor de dns y activar la casilla. Habilitar el modo de reenvío y vuala pfsense resuelve los dns ahora.

@gersonofstone El schema es algo asi:

pfsense 19.168.1.1
Tengo un punto a punto entre bs as y el sur de país, en bs as la red es 192.168.1.0 el otro punto (la otra subnet, el sur del país) es la 192.168.2.0 y entra por un router desde la wan que tiene una ip publica.
En el pfsense cree un nateo para que los usuarios de la vpn puedan ver la subtnet 192.168.2.0 y la veo sin problemas, pero al reves no se ve toda la red, pero por ejemplo si desde la 2.0 puedo ver las ip 192.168.9 y la 192.168.1.1 (el pfsense).
Antes de poner el pfsense en la ip192.168.1.1 tenia un linksys y funcionaba veía todo, ahora para prbar puse de nuevo el linksys y veo todo, pero cuando cambio al pfsense que es lo que quiero dejar veo com te digo mas arriba solamente esas 2 ip, hay algo en el pfsense que me esta bloqueando lo demás de la red.
El diagrama seria asi, donde dice linksys tengo el pfsense.

Te comento, Tengo 3 Interfaces,

WAN ---> x.x.x.x
LAN ---> 10.4.10.0/24
OPT1(openvpn) ---> 10.4.100.0/24

Tengo configurado los clientes de la VPN en modo dhcp, el mismo servicio me da la IP

Luego tengo marcada las opciones de los DNS en configuracion pero veo que no funciona.

Sobre lo que me comentas si tengo configurado un servidor DNS en pfsense no, yo configure un servidor con named que es 10.4.10.14. pero no se que falta para que el cliente pueda añadir el dns asi como el dominio predeterminado.

Bueno.. después de indagar un poco concluyo que no puedo tener 2 LAN. Es decir dos interfaces LAN con diferentes IP en la misma subnet. Claro que puedo hacer todo con una sola interfaz, pero quería probar si esto era posible.

debes habilitar los puertos de entrada y salida en firewall para que outlook pueda comunicarse con dominio

Como podéis ver autentica bien, le da IP y se configura perfectamente, pero al poco tiempo se desconecta y ya no vuelve a recuperar...

¿Tenéis alguna idea de qué puede ser?.

Apagando el ONT y el PFSense, esperando 10 segundos, arrancando el ONT y después de estar arriba la ONT arrancar el PFsense, vuelve a recuperar.

@larrysys al usar squid el crea las reglas de nateo, solo debe terne permitido q la lan tenga permitido al fw y ya es cuestion de los acl
