      @mcury essa configuração estava desabilitada no aparelho, acabei de habilitar e fiz um teste, mas continua mudo

        Não acho que seja essa a configuração.. É algo no PBX mesmo e não nas configurações de rede dele.
        Naquela aba PABX, tem algo sobre IP externo ali ? Tenta por o seu IP externo no campo lá e tenta novamente.

            English: He is getting all the way to the ACK/BYE packet, so I don't think it's a password issue, also, we can see some hitcounts in the RTP rule, but I'll ask him to check the password.
            Portuguese: Ele está chegando até o pacote ACK/BYE, então não acho que seja problema de password, e também podemos observar hitcounts na regra de RTP, mas vou pedir a ele para dar uma checada no password.

                    @rockdupy Abre o wireshark de novo, captura sip||rtp de novo, confirma se no cabeçalho (headers), vai estar aparecendo o IP público ou o privado, tem que aparecer o público.
                    Cuidado para não postar seu IP aqui ok ?

                      @mcury, I work with asterisk on a daily basis and if it shows 401 it is simply incorrect password.

                        @rockdupy, ele está pedindo para olhar o password de novo, ele disse que trabalha diariamente com asterisk e que conhece bem a ferramenta, pode dar uma conferida por favor?
                        De repente até trocar para um password mais simples só para testar

                                          USER CENTRAL UNIT
                                          SWITCHBOARD PASSWORD

                                          Capture with wireshark at the time of making the connection.
