Por favor, pon las reglas de firewall que tienes en la interfaz LAN.

La parte de IPTV la tengo ya configurada. Hay un bug con la versión actual de IGMPProxy que no permite levantarlo con interfaces que en nuestro caso es PPPoE. El workaround para hacerlo funcionar lo teneis en la siguiente Nota. Debereis compilarlo en una máquina virtual y sustituir el actual de PFSense por este otro. Con esto ya os arranca IGMPProxy de manera correcta.

Los limiter funcionan en redes LAN que no sean filtradas por el squid, ya que el squid inhabilita los filter

Adicional a lo que te recomienda @periko yo prefiero las paginas de Bancos bypasearlas por completo por el proxy, por el tema del filtro SSL.
