    @zz_tops:

    Not sure if this applies but I've seen the gui in firefox not display all the columns if the font size is changed.

    When you increase the font size in firefox (don't know explorer) the column headers start to disappear.

    Try reducing your font size?

    If this doesn't apply sorry

    I use both mozilla and IE. It seems the problem continues:S i have reboot the system and also nothing! probaly the webinterface reads the file logs and print it in the Http format. i dont why this cant be done now:S

    Use the console to change the lan IP, once you do that it will ask if you would like to revert to http.

    In addition to RentAcoder You can also try a Bounty here on this forum at:
    http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/board,34.0.html

    If the solution is clean, fixes the problems with PPTP, and doesn't cause any other problems then it is very likely the changes will be added to PFSense.

    IIRC, The advanced tab on the DHCP server is used for bootp and the patch at trendchiller allows you to add options for a tftp server. You would normally point it to an existing tftp server on your network, but in a pinch it should be fairly easy to get the stock FreeBSD tftpd running on a pfSense box.

    Can you post the whole XML (minus any passwords of course)?

    Under status –> "system logs" ARE all events.

    If you compare them and go back in the logs you will find the problem that kicked the event in the header.

    Or just do an ASCII art diagram ;)

    I don't think your arrangement will work as is, if you want a transparent proxy then you need to have the pfSense host as a gateway between 2 different subnets.  If you don't mind it being a "normal" proxy then you'll need to read the threads about using pfSense with a single NIC.

    Log into pfsense.  On the main status screen you will see a version.  Alternatively you can cat /etc/version from a shell.

    If you want to use packages you need to use the full version –> install to a HD. Alternatively you can use a Microdrive (Harddisk in CF format)

    Well, I switched interfaces, making my LAN go to the Nvidia nve0 interface and my WAN go to my Realtek re1 interface and it doesn't crash anymore. It seems like it might have something to do with the dynamic window scaling on my vista box and one of those interfaces.
