pfSense 23.01 TAC Subscription expired

and a public expression of gratitude... -
Hi,
I have the exact same problem as the users above. How can it be solved?
Your TAC Subscription expired on 2023-02-17 15:24:46+00:00. Please renew your TAC Subscription or purchase a pfSense+ subscription by visiting the Netgate store. -
Hi @stephenw10 - same issue here. Both systems that were upgraded from 22.05 to 23.01 last week now show this message that the TAC subscription expired on 2/18.
EDIT: Not sure if it's related, but I'm also unable to update any packages - it's claiming the packages can't be found.

I ran into this with the pfblocker _2 upgrade and the systems patches updates - but just clicked on do it again and then they were found.

Thanks @johnpoz - after the 4th or 5th try it finally succeeded. Wonder if there is maybe a bad server in the rotation?
Still seeing the issue with expired TAC subscription though - only repository I can see and select is Latest Stable version.

Exact same issue here. This is for my home instance which was upgraded from CE to Plus last year and then up to 23.01 yesterday. Since then I can't get a response from the upgrade dialogue or any results from the package manager search.
@stephenw10 if I send you (or indeed anyone else) my NDI can you unblock me on your end ?
-
@tman222 for me i always get following message:

I can certainly check it.
-
I have the same issue here on my APU board.
Can I send you my Netgate ID or is it better to wait for a fix on the backed? -
I can probably reset it for you now if you need to re-register.
-
Yes, that would be great
-
Sent it to me via chat and I'll check.
-
Seeing the same issue as well. Is there a fix for this yet?
-
If you send me your NDI in chat I can check it.
-
Good day
I have the same issue after upgrading to 23.01. Hope that there is a fix for it.
Thanks. -
It should all be automatic but for now I can reset it to allow you re-register if you send me your NDI in chat.
-
@stephenw10 Thank you ... worked.
-
Same issue. this seems to be a rather wide spread issue. whats going on?
-
There are several issues that are being conflated. But if your TAC Lite subscription that was part of a CE > Plus upgrade has expired and you're unable to register a new key that is a backend issue that is being worked on as I type this.
In the mean time if you send me your NDI via chat I can reset it to allow a new key to be registered.Steve

Just FWIW: The issue did seem to resolve on it's own, just a bit later than some others experienced. All good now (and thanks for the help).
