      @JonathanLee

hardware failure It means to reinstall
Because pfsense is installed on one ssd disk
If I remove it I have no option to reload it

When checking the bios I get a message that the disk is good
      I checked the disc
      the memories

I will try to replace the memories before I replace the SSD
      Otherwise it's reinstall everything

@firefox We had some issues with Cisco routers doing this a couple years ago during the holidays. Cisco had information on a set of products that had defective RAM causing the memory pointer error. We must have replaced hundreds of memory sticks after that preemptively. This looks exactly like that. Good catch. Let us know how it turns out with the new memory sticks. You're right on with isolationing the issue.

Do you mean the format of the disk?

In any case, a small update, I only got to mess with it today
              I replaced the computer's memories
There were 4 sticks of 4 gigabytes, that is 16 gigabytes
I removed them and put 2 new ones of 4 GB
              Meanwhile the computer is working

              I surf through another router
If by the end of the day it doesn't cause problems I will add 2 more new 4 gig sticks
Then wait to see what happens

@firefox said in pfsense is crashing need help:

                https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/install/install-zfs.html
I mean when you have installed it which one filesystem you have been selected? ZFS or UFS?

When I installed I did an automatic installation without any additional settings

@firefox 1. boot environments, also less issues with cold boot resets. More stable filesystem.
