You will need to create a cron job. Install the cron job package and execute the command``` shutdown -r now

iftop is one of my favorite tools that does exactly what you're talking about. The only problem is that it's command line.

@dvserg: Found small bug in package. All files extract in /var/tmp. Need (1) move all lang…inc(php) files to the /usr/local/www or (2) download & reinstall package new (before uninstall package 'pkg_delete pfsense-lang-1.0'). Hi dvserg thxs i used your first option mentioned. using wincsp i uploaded the pfsense-lagn-1.0.tbz into VAR/TMP folder then logged in via putty and selected option 8 shell then cd /var/tmp pkg_add pfsense-lang-1.0.tbz now it works i can see the menu, will try to upload new translated file now.  ;D thxs tester10

Thank you all (especially cmb), I will try to present my opinions on pfsense (separating it from the "pros and cons of open source in general") for my company, nice and gently without becoming a "fanboy", or a fanatic :)

@Cry: It is self tuning. When you start it then it syncs regularly and backs off over time - that's how NTP clients generally work (as opposed to SNTP clients). Well maybe that's the way it is supposed to work.  But it does not seem to back off much and not for long, if at all. pfSense online for 40 hours and still syncing time at a rate of greater than 3 times per minute.  (30 minutes : >100 time syncs).

Is this really the extent of the help on this forum?

@Dario84: Thanks for you answer. The reason of my question not is avoid web tracking, but I have to connect to a vpn server that allow just one client connection per user. So if I use pf sense as vpn local server (or vpn gateway?) I can connect to this vpn more computer, and at the vpn provider i appear as one client. Is possible? thanks! I believe the limitation set by the provider actually refers to the VPN connection rather than the number of clients. i.e.  You're limited to 1 VPN tunnel into the server for 1 user account. In other words, if you have pfSense tunnel into the server and use the link as a gateway, there should be no issues with multiple clients that are NAT through the link.

@nnicanor: This option is already enabled since beta version,  all office have internet connections and direct data channel with one router that is configured in static route configuration of pfsense 2.0,  i dont have problem with this configuration with 1.2.1. See my last post. You don't have that set somewhere where you have asymmetric routing.

you have other VLANs that work fine? Where are you seeing that ARP, on the VLAN interface itself or the parent? May also want to check the parent with -e on tcpdump to ensure those have the correct VLAN tag from the switch.
