It works great 👍👍 was able to do tests with 23.09 on a fresh firmware install with the new SSD drive and after backpedal back to my other SSD with 23.05.01 as needed for testing firmware. Great deal for use with SG2100.

@johan-2 Ah. Not using pfSense as the gateway, then. :)

It doesn't abort, it just hangs, even if you exit the download client and reload, It just sits there at 92-99 %.

It will complete if you switch your internet source away from the SG-2100, even a cell phone's hot spot completes the download in just a few seconds.

@jonathanlee I don't see it, but, I suspect 23.05 is not available to test yet. It's not on other hardware, either.

it would be REALLY SLICK if someone were to develop a web gui for it, kinda like ntopng where you install clamav and then navigate to a web address:port-number and have a dedicated page for all things clamav..

I doubt there's even a way to request that, along with the considerable resources it would take to develop it.

I would verify with a packet capture that the traffic is crossing into the pfSense side properly.
What's the LAN interface VLAN in the that list? 4084? 4083? 4082?

@nick-loenders The only solution I found was to physically visit the unit and perform the upgrade with a file provided by netgate support.

@fcs001fcs No, as far as I know there is no Mac-Auth L2 support on ports in pfSense.

So you plan to have two connections between the modem and the existing router and you want to put the SG-2100 in one of them?

I thing we might need a diagram here.
